The best copy doesn't sound like copy at all. It sounds like the voice in someone's head that finally got it right. Most of what I learned didn't come from campaigns. It came from watching how people actually behave when no one's looking.

The ChallengeFeature-heavy medical communication that felt clinical and cold. Users needed empathy, not product specs. The content wasn't resonating, it informed without connecting. The WorkShifted from "product benefits" to "daily-life validation." Reframed screen fatigue and contact lens anxiety into relatable moments. Monthly editorial plans, KOL strategies, and mini DVCs: all under one unified voice.

The Visionary
Visa × Blackpink
Internal Initiative · Eden Creative Network · 2025
The IdeaVee (Visa's corporate mascot) had zero cultural relevance with the Blackpink audience. I proposed the "Director's Cut": make Vee a K-pop fangirl. A Blink. Let her be one of them. The ExecutionPitched internally as a ghost project with no brief requested. Humanize the mascot through pop-culture fluency. Visa adopted the idea and executed their own version: creative leadership without the title.

The InsightIndonesian parents' biggest fear: Gerakan Tutup Mulut (GTM), kids refusing to eat. The brief treated it as a problem to solve. I treated it as a weapon to flip. The StrategyGTM becomes Gerakan Tumbuh Maksimal. Same acronym. Completely flipped emotional valence. Fear becomes empowerment. The hashtag is now brand IP.

Mentos invades your routine and makes a good day happen.
